Yosemite National Park
Another outstanding national park, this one just 2 hours north of our intended home RV park. Huge granite edifices, including the famous El Capitan from climbing fame and the Close Encounters movie.
As usual, we arrived less than early. So we just hit the highlights, promising to return another time soon.

New Oncologist in Fresno
Today Jenna saw a new cancerologist in Fresno. We are trying to move our medical care here, in anticipation of living in this area for six months each year.
Jenna was pleased with her meeting and decided to continue with her immune system maintenance treatment, rather than returning to Seattle. Thus we will remain at the Park of the Sierras for another month, till we move on to Astoria for the summer.
Does anyone know a good dentist in Fresno? One who will work with a dentist in Algodones Mexico?

More about Park Sierras
Eleven days now at Park Sierras. Flora and fauna abound. As do friendly residents and frequent activities.
A few random pictures of sites here . See what I mean?
We've reached 41 on the waiting list for admission. Figure another year or so to reach the top. In the mean time, we can stay here three months each year.
We're gradually walking around the entire park, rating each of the 254 lots for factors we adore. After we gain admission on an available lot, we can request up to five or ten lots of our choice for the future. Be prepared!

Park Sierra
We have travelled many a mile to our destination...four days and 600 miles since our stay in the North Ranch Escapee Park in Congress AZ. Nightly stays in Needles, CA. (home of Spike, Snoopy's brother), New Berry Springs, CA, and Pixley CA.
As before, it's a beautiful park, only far greener than our December 2007 visit. If Jenna is satisfied with a new cancerologist in Fresno, we will stay here till late May.
Rain and thunder fill the weather forecast for the next few days. When the sun returns, we will scoot up to Yosemite National Park. Look for pictures :>

Escapee Park in Congress AZ
We arrived at the North Ranch Escapee Park in Congress AZ. It's a beautiful valley setting surrounded by hills, near Wickenburg, a western town with sufficient services, and just one hour from Phoenix. Very friendly people, like most SKP parks. During our stay, they hosted a wood workers symposium, and people flocked there for the classes. Next week, a similar beading gathering.
We wanted to consider making this our winter roost. However, the lots cost much money, with many of them having permanent dwellings on them. The visitors campground was a narrow gravel parking lot with utilities. So it did not fit our plans at all. Time to move on, tho we stayed there an extra day too due to high winds.
